good hotel -

The food was amazing and there was always something that me and my family could eat. The waiters/waitresses were kind and proffecional.. Mohammed and Karim are the best

i arrived very late to the Hotel. i booked double room with seaview but at night wasnt seaview room just next day afternoon. i didnt like it but what could i do after 4hours flight? i was on the was since 1pm and i wanted to sleep. but the room wasnt renewal room like in 2nd,3rd or 4th floor, old carpets and old furnitures. but on the next day Meryam solve my problem.

They have a private beach, and the food was very good

It was a family room, but one bedroom was in the same space with way to the bathroom, the other was the same place with the kitchenette, so it is not what i thought about last experiences and made uncomfortable the staying. It was very noisy át night, there was animation and a disco next to the hotel, when i asked the reception for quiet room they offered me a twinbed room which is not the same size what i payed for. Didnt get any compensation, but told the problem twice.

I enjoyed my stay have stayed many times before and I will return.

Reception staff Mariam and Karima are very nice and efficient. Gave me what's app number for my return so I can reserve my room. Waiters achmed and Abdul lovely men. Hammam was good, lilly who works there very good.Hoisekeepinh staff are excellent. Tips are greatly appreciated.

Too many waiters in restaurant doing nothing only getting in the way. They should be trained by the older waiters Achmed and Abdul who are excellent at their job. Animation team quite cheeky the young lady in a witches outfit screamed right into my ear on Halloween night as I was walking out from dinner and thought it amusing nearly deafning me. The young men on team shouting good evening mama. Not very professional and quite rude. Alcohol is very expensive in this hotel. Orange juice 40 dirham 4 euro.. Down the beach it's 20 dirham. 2 euro.

Drinking water issue was a turn off, it’s a shame that it spoiling the rest of it

Food spread, pool side and room

Oh Gosh, first time I experienced where they don’t provide drinking water for lunch or dinner. There was juice served with breakfast.. No drinking water in the room, no tea served anywhere or ingredients kept anywhere! This was a surprise and you have to buy water!!!!

Was nice but could have been much better

Pleasant, clean, nice staff, well presented staff. Dining room run very well

Described as beach front but was not. It was quite a walk and as I am disabled I could only go to the beach once. The food at the beginning of the week was very good but did deteriorate in quality and choice as the week progressed. Many dishes were not labelled and serving staff did not know many dishes eg a pasta dish I was told was “fish” I asked what type of fish as it looked like seafood which I don’t eat … these things matter

Nice hotel near the beach.

Very kind and helpful staff, always smiling. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and had a big selection of food. The room was huge and had a view to the ocean and the swimming pool. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were brought too. Location also good

Every night loud music event until after midnight, daily construction noises during daytime. It was pretty hard to find an okay time window to rest. No card payment accepted, although there were 2 ATMs at the entrance for 5€ extra charge per withdraw.

Breakfast was good enough for three golfers. Pool area and the hotel area was easy to map and enjoy.

I recommend an Investment for quality beds. Dinner should be put to a four star level. There was no card payments accepted, only cash?

It was okay

Comfortable beds Restaurant staff worked very hard despite the rush at breakfast time. I hope they are rewarded well

Smell from the toilets near the restaurant It is reported as in beachfront but it is not as some walking for about 10-15 minutes with 2 roads to cross to get to the beach No bottled water and tea or kettle in the rooms and when I asked at reception I was informed the hotel is not 4 star as advertised so those facilities not provided. I thought the response was abit odd from a receptionist who is the first representative when you get into the hotel I was advised to pay by cash and was directed to a cash machine in the hotel that did not work. Only then did the accept card payment for my stay. It is better to advertise with accurate information

Very Good

The rooms we stayed at were near poolside, and the restaurant was close too. Staff were polite and helpful except for one waiter, whom I have mentioned in what needs improving at the hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and were tidy. The pool was large and hold daily activities for those wishing to join and the kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool. The lifeguard was helpful and also lent my daughter some googles. The beach is in walking distance around 5 to 10 minutes, and there is a spot at station 12 for the hotel, which gives you exclusive access to part of the beach without being hasssled by anyone The food was varied and freshly cooked, offering African and European dishes. The spa was great too and they provided the option of the same gender to undertake the service in order to meet religious requirements which was appreciated. The deep tissue massage was relaxing and invigorating. Lastly, I can not thank Ibrahim enough, who organised daily excursions for us from the hotel reception station. He was professional and very reasonable with prices, as I have spoken to a number of tour operators and found him to be the best there was on offer.

They have an odd system off asking you your room number for every meal. I was rudely told I didn't have fullboard on my last day, despite being there for a whole week and was wearing the highlighted green wristband, then was escorted to reception to answer for their mishap, they confirmed I did have fullboard. The waiter did not apologise and decided to leave me without explanation. Other than that, I could not fault the rest of the staff. They were all brilliant.

Agadir is a great destination but only stay at Argana if you like loud music late in to the night!

Pool was nice. Every where was clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach. Nice to have an enclosed area at the beach with sunloungers.

Very noisy evening entertainment until 11pm every night. Other hotels, clubs in the area play loud music late into the night after the Argana entertainment finishes. Hotel card machine didn’t work so had to use their ATM to draw MAD which charges a fee & exchange rate to pay in MAD was beneficial to them. Felt like I’d been scammed.

Overall it was a ok stay

Staff, food and entertainment was great. Comfortable room.

Having to pay for drinks especially water. No complimentary tea or coffee in room. Having to pay to use an iron and also gym. I’ve stayed in many places and never had to pay for those things. It would be helpful to add more information on services that are additional prices so we know what we are booking for future reference

Our stay from day 2 was great

The room which I was allocated to on Day 2 was quite good and exactly what i had requested for when booking for our stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was to standard but a bit monotonous. Staff attitude was excellent. Abdel and Soukaina customers service was exceptional

On the first night, I was allocated a room which did not meet the expectation of a 4 or 5 star hotel - the ac was not working. However, we were relocated to another room (the next day) after my initial complaint

Excellent value for money

The facilities are great, massive pool, entertainment constantly, relatively close to the beach, taxis outside the door if needed. The rooms are decorated modernly and cleaned daily. There is a TV in the room that has English films, too. We were half board and we were allowed to switch from dinner to lunch. There were lots of choices and the food was of a good standard. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The beds are quite hard. The shower in our room had a massive crack in the shower head, meaning water would go everywhere when showering. The door was also broken, it wouldn’t close, but when it did it was so difficult to open that you would be worried if would shatter. The breakfast and lunch can sometimes be very, very busy. At times there are no places to sit, no plates, cups, bowls for food. The staff try their best to stay on top of this but there are just too many people at times.

Location is about 10 minutes away from the beach Cleaning staff were really nice Breakfast was nice Family room size was good

Dinner wasn't good, we were half board so dinner was included but we didn't eat in the restaurant at all. Last couple of days there was a sewer smell all around the hotel, even when your eating breakfast. We had a pool view which was nice but sometimes the entertainment seemed inappropriate. It finished at 11pm but there is a night club right behind the pool and the music went on till early hours. As a muslim you go to a muslim country but here you don't feel like your in a muslim country
